Information on Registration for 2024-25 Season
Registration is open now for the 2024-25 Stamford Youngtimers girls basketball season. Youngtimers has programs for girls in kindergarten through eighth grade and registration is available at sytbb.com. The registration tab is on the home page of our website. We are using a new website for registration this year so if any issues, please let us know ASAP.
Girls from any town can play in the house league while Stamford residents are eligible for our travel teams. Practices during the week this year will be at Cloonan Middle School while games on Sundays will be at Westhill High School. Please spread the word so we can get as many girls to play this year as possible.
Junior and Senior House League Evaluations will be held on Oct. 16 and 17 at Scofield Middle School. Times for those evaluations are below:
JUNIORS
Girls with last name A-L: 6 to 6:40 p.m.
Girls with last name M-Z: 6:45 to 7:25 p.m.
SENIORS
Girls with last name A-L: 7:30 to 8:10 p.m.
Girls with last name M-Z: 8:15 to 8:55 p.m.
Starters and Little Timers programs begin on Dec. 15.
Travel team tryouts will be held on Oct. 21 and 24 at Scofield with 5th and 6th trying out from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and 7th and 8th playing from 7:30 to 8:45 p.m.

Little Timers (Kindergarten and First Grade)
Cost: $130
Start Date: Dec. 15
Times: Sundays from Noon to 1 p.m.
Starters (2nd and 3rd Grade)
Cost: $160
Start Date: Dec. 15
Times: Sundays; 45-minute Clinic and 45-minute Game each week after the first two evaluation weeks; Sessions are 1:30 to 3 p.m. or 3 to 4:30 p.m.
Juniors (4th through Beginning 6th Grade)
Cost: $190
Evaluation Dates: Oct. 14 and 17
Practice Begins: Nov. 6
Seniors (6th through 8th Grade)
Cost: $190
Evaluation Dates: Oct. 14 and 17

5th and 6th Grade Travel
Cost: $525 (one practice per week)
